8. Refund Policy

Digital products are normally non-refundable however in the name of fairness we have an action-based policy to protect the integrity of our products and provide our customers with good customer service.

Daily Dollar System: We provide a 30-day action-based guarantee. To qualify, you must demonstrate genuine effort to launch and promote your business. This includes:

– Creating your accounts and posting at least 28 unique short-form videos (1 per day) publicly on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
– Following the steps outlined in the training.
– Logging your activity in the tracker provided.
– Submitting proof (screenshots, tracker file, and links to your accounts).

If these steps are completed and you are not satisfied with your results, you may submit a refund request via our Refund Request Form within 30 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days via your original payment method.

Content Package: No refundsbecause the templates and content can be easily duplicated. Once you have access to the faceless videos, post templates, carousel templates, story templates, reel covers, viral hooks and examples, these digital assets can be downloaded and used immediately. Due to the instant access nature of these materials, refunds cannot be provided.

Ineligible Refund Reasons: Including but not limited to; “Changed my mind,” “didn’t have time,” “not what I expected,” "content is not good enough", personal emergencies, or financial hardship unrelated to the purchase. The sales page is extremely clear about what this business model entails.

Fraudulent Claims: Exploiting the guarantee without genuine effort, or repeated refund requests, will be denied. Any chargebacks attempted without meeting these conditions will be disputed with all available supporting evidence.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and if approved, refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.

Breach of Agreement

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication and an attempt to resolve the matter directly with us constitutes a breach of this agreement.

In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any ongoing or future services, invalidate any applicable warranties, and/or pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated fees, costs, or losses incurred as a result of the chargeback.

You understand that filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent misuse of the chargeback process.

Evidence and Enforcement

If a chargeback is filed in violation of this policy, we may provide this agreement, along with evidence of transaction records, communications, and service delivery, to the bank or card issuer as part of the dispute response process.

You acknowledge that such documentation may be used to demonstrate your acceptance of these terms and to support our case for reversal of the chargeback.

Material Condition of Purchase

This chargeback policy is a material condition of your purchase and continued access to our products, services, or memberships.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. Affiliate Policy

These Affiliate Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Daily Dollar System Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Contractual Partner,” or “you”) agree to the following conditions.

12.1. Scope of Agreement

Affiliates may advertise and promote Daily Dollar System products (“Products”) under this Program. For each valid sale generated through your unique affiliate link (“Promotion”), you will receive a commission (“Commission”) as determined in your affiliate dashboard or specified by Daily Dollar System.

12.2. Affiliate Conduct & Restrictions

No Additional Services

Affiliates may not offer guarantees, bonuses, refunds, or any additional services beyond what is expressly provided by Daily Dollar System’s official refund and cancellation policies, unless you have prior written approval.

Use of Trademarks & Creative Materials

Affiliates may only use logos, trademarks, banners, or promotional content provided or authorized by Daily Dollar System.

Daily Dollar System may require specific advertising disclosures or disclaimers to be included in promotions.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents, personality rights).

Variations, misspellings, or impersonations of brand names are prohibited.

Content Standards

Affiliates may not publish, distribute, or promote content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or invasive of privacy.

Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities (including gambling, hacking, piracy, or banned substances).

Involves spoofing, cloaking, malware, spyware, or deceptive redirects.

Promotes sexual, tobacco, alcohol, pharmaceutical, or other restricted content.

Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates shall not:

Incentivize clicks or sales with rewards, cashbacks, rebates, or prizes.

Use surveys, adware, spyware, plug-ins, popups, or pop-unders.

Broker traffic or resell affiliate links without written consent.

Use the program as a rebate system for personal purchases.

Commit fraud of any kind, including self-purchases, chargeback fraud, or fake identities.

12.3. Self-Purchases & Fraud

Affiliates may not purchase Daily Dollar System products through their own affiliate links, directly or indirectly.

Any such transactions are considered invalid and commissions will be withheld or clawed back.

Fraudulent behavior, including self-purchases, voids all rights and results in forfeiture of all fees paid. Licenses are conditional and revocable at our sole discretion.

12.4. Commissions & Payments

Commission Rates

Commission percentages for each product are displayed in the affiliate dashboard or otherwise communicated in writing.

Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, or cancels their order, the related commission will be void.

If a refund/chargeback occurs after commission payout, Daily Dollar System reserves the right to deduct that amount from future commissions.

Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid on a monthly schedule once minimum payout thresholds are met ($47).

Payments are made via PayPal/Wise, subject to availability in your country.

12.5. Data Protection & Compliance

U.S. Law (CCPA & State Privacy Laws)

Daily Dollar System complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state-level privacy laws. Affiliates must not collect or misuse personal data beyond what is necessary for lawful marketing.

GDPR Compliance (EU/EEA Customers)

Where customers reside in the EU/EEA, the Affiliate is considered a “Data Controller” for any personal data collected through their promotional channels.

Affiliates must provide appropriate privacy notices (Articles 12 & 13 GDPR), including clear disclosure of affiliate tracking (e.g., cookies, pixels).

Affiliates must comply with data subject rights requests (access, deletion, correction, etc.).

Data Sharing

Daily Dollar System may share Affiliate contact details with vendors, partners, or regulatory bodies when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or customer service.

12.6. Termination

Daily Dollar System may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including email).

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: fraud, self-purchases, policy violations, or reputational harm.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions related to fraudulent or disputed transactions will be forfeited.

12.7. Limitation of Liability

Daily Dollar System is not responsible for lost profits, business interruptions, or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.

The maximum liability of Daily Dollar System for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the prior 30 days.

12.8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Where GDPR applies, this Agreement is also subject to the jurisdiction of EU regulators as necessary
